A deep and complex Darjeeling, with a sweet flavor and notes of honey. The leaves of this high-mountain Indian tea are almost maroon in color, and comes from the second flush of the prestigious Selimbong Estate. The words “second flush” tell you that the tea comes from the second tea crop of the year, plucked in May and June just before the monsoon season.
